The Exhibitors' space is adjacent to the Conference Room and forms part of the social/eating area and is ideally suited to display products and services.

Exhibitors are required to staff their tables for the full duration of the Conference.

The conference will be held on Friday, 21 March through until Sunday, 23 March 2025

Conference / Exhibitors Days

Friday - 21 March 2025

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Saturday - 22 March 2025

8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Sunday - 23 March 2025

8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Exhibitor Tables are $80.00 per table

  • All tables are 75 cm wide and come in lengths of 240cm, 210cm, 180cm or 150cm.

  • Tables come with two chairs, white tablecloths and free Wi-Fi.

  • Power is supplied if required.

  • Table sizes and power will be as requested and allocated in order of receipt of booking and payment.

  • Morning & Afternoon Tea is provided.

  • Lunch Packs are available for a fee of $25 per pack, per person, per day if required.

  • The setup of tables will be available from 7:00 am on Friday, 21 March.
    It may be possible to set up on Thursday 20 March – by arrangement.

  • Packing up is 4:00 pm, Sunday, 23 March.
